Diesel was recently returned to us after spending nearly two years with his adoptive family. When he came back, he was underweight, timid, and clearly unsure of the world around him. It appears he may have spent a significant amount of time crated, and he needed time to decompress and feel safe again.

The good news? Diesel has absolutely blossomed in foster care. 💛

He is currently thriving in Manchester, NH, where he’s gaining weight, building confidence, and rediscovering how fun life can be. He now plays happily with the other dogs in his foster home and has even discovered the joy of toys!

One of Diesel’s absolute favorite things? Kids. He loves, loves, loves children and lights up around them.

Diesel is a typical intelligent, energetic Border Collie who will thrive with structure, exercise, and mental stimulation. He’s looking for a committed family who understands the needs of his breed and is ready to give him the consistency and love he deserves.

After everything he’s been through, Diesel is more than ready for a home that won’t give up on him. He’s proven how resilient he is - now he just needs his true forever family.
